Our services are available to eligible Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) clients, including Gold and White Card holders, subject to approval and referral requirements.

Do i need a referral to receive services?

What types of services do you provide?

We provide community nursing and support services, including: Nursing care by Registered and Enrolled Nurses, Wound care and medication support, Post-hospital and ongoing health support, personal care and daily living assistance provided by trained Support Workers. All services are delivered within scope of practice and in accordance with DVA requirements.

Where are services provided?

Services are provided in your home or community setting, where clinically appropriate.

Which areas do you service?

We currently provide services across: Brisbane, Ipswich, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba. Please contact us to confirm availability in your area.

Is there any cost to DVA clients?

For approved DVA services, costs are covered in accordance with DVA arrangements. Any services outside approved arrangements will be discussed with you prior to commencement.

Who will be providing my care?

Your care will be delivered by a qualified and experienced team, including: Registered Nurses (RNs), Enrolled Nurses (ENs), Trained Support Workers. Staff are allocated based on your individual care needs.

Can family members be involved in my care?

Yes. With your consent, family members or carers may be involved in care discussions and planning.

How is my care planned?

Care is planned based on: Your individual needs, Clinical assessment, DVA guidelines and approvals. We aim to provide care that is respectful, safe, and appropriate to your circumstances.
